Position Summary/Objective
As a Jr. LINQ Specialist you will work directly with members as the first line of support to improve, correct, and troubleshoot issues with members’ websites. You will engage and collaboratively work with LINQ4U Specialists to support and complete projects for their members such as account setup, add-on/warranty products, special catalogs, sorting and similar merchandising tasks. Help support setup for group projects, vendor programs and strategy campaigns.

- Work in a team environment across multiple channels to efficiently support our clients.
- Investigate errors and discrepancies and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with LINQ Specialists and their members to build custom catalogs, add-ons, and promotional assets to support their business.
- Train and guide members on utilization of technologies and tools.
- Support LINQ Specialists with merchandising projects and tasks.
- Manage and setup special catalogs and flags for group, vendor, and strategy campaigns.
- Advise and help clients not assigned a LINQ Specialist with industry standards and best practices.
Required Skills And Abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Willingness to Learn new systems in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret large amount of data
- Ability to use formulas and decipher data in Microsoft excel
- Ability to meet requirements in a timely manner
- Manage multiple projects at a time
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to collaborate and engage with challenging members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with SaaS preferred.
- 2-3-years’ experience in customer facing role.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Excel required.
- Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
