Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Strong time management skills
- Experience in food handling preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with fine dining or restaurant settings
- Background in food service, catering, or retail math is advantageous
