Floor Manager Operations Rooh Palo Alto
Floor Manager Operations is responsible for making sure everything runs
smoothly in the restaurant and reports to the General Manager
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related fields are preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a supervisory
or operations role
Technical Skills: Proficiency in restaurant management, software Toast , Open table, 7
shifts.
Ensures all the restaurant events are smoothly executed.
Working Conditions:
Requires working flexible hours, and when required during holidays.
Strong multitasking skills.
Adaptable to fast pace fine dining restaurant day to day responsibilities
Operational Efficiency:
Optimizing workflows, and implementing procedures to improve quality, speed of service
and reduce waste.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and
maintaining high food and beverage service standards.
Customer Experience: Addressing guest complaints, monitoring service quality, and
implementing initiatives to boost guest satisfaction.
Executing the new F&B promotions, new menus or service styles
Ensures team follows all current and new directions properly
Ensures SOPs and brand standards are followed
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
