Job Summary
The Production Supervisor manages the manufacturing team, overseeing daily production activities, and ensuring compliance with AVAVA’s quality and efficiency standards. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting collaboration and accountability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production workflows and reduce downtime.
Job Duties
- Supervise production technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards on the production floor.
- Monitor and report production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead team training and development programs to build skills and maintain high performance.
- Perform assembly, calibration, and testing of products or components following detailed work instructions.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify product quality and specifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or process issues to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in a production role, with leadership experience.
- Proficiency in production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in using production management software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
