This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ecommerce Operations

• Support day-to-day operations across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and TikTok Shop for both brands.
• Set up and maintain product listings, including images, copy, variants, and SKUs.
• Audit live listings for pricing, imagery, inventory, and content accuracy.
• Set up promotions, coupons, and bundles, and confirm they go live correctly.
• Support A Content and Brand Store updates, and TikTok Shop catalog and sample request workflows.
• Open marketplace support tickets and track cases to resolution.
• Maintain SKU-level documentation, including listing copy, keyword sets, and image inventories.

Content Coordination & Asset Management

• Brief and schedule freelance photographers, videographers, and designers, tracking deliverables against monthly retainers.
• Build creative briefs and reference boards that communicate concept, product, and channel needs.
• Send product and samples to creative partners ahead of shoots.
• Review incoming content, consolidate feedback, and manage revision rounds to final delivery.
• Resize and export imagery to channel specs for Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, email, and social.
• Own the digital asset library, including naming conventions, folder structure, and version control.

Reporting & Analytics

• Pull weekly and monthly performance data across ecommerce, marketplace, paid media, and email.
• Maintain reporting templates and dashboards, ensuring data is accurate and consistently formatted.

Coordination & Administrative Support

• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and task boards to keep launches on schedule.
• Manage sample send-outs to creators, press, retail partners, and internal stakeholders, including shipping and send-out logs.
• Coordinate consumer study programs, including participant communication, product distribution, and results tracking.
• Track marketing invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments against budget.
• Manage marketing inventory and reorder supplies, mailers, and packaging.

Qualifications

• 1 years of ecommerce, marketing, or agency experience; internships considered
• Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail around file management and data accuracy
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no task is too small
• Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and ecommerce

A plus, but not required:

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or TikTok Shop
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or similar for image resizing and export
• Experience coordinating freelance creative partners or content deliverables
• Background in beauty, skincare, CPG, or DTC
• Familiarity with Asana, Slack, or similar tools
