Position Summary
As a Production Associate, you will support daily manufacturing operations by preparing, processing, packaging, and handling food products while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Package and inspect food products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support sanitation and housekeeping activities.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Food Handler Certification (required).
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as business needs require.
- Ability to work standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Previous experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience working in a production or warehouse environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
