Job Description:
My client is seeking a UX & Content Strategy Consultant to support user experience (UX), information architecture, and web content strategy initiatives for enterprise digital platforms and websites. The role involves conducting user research, stakeholder engagement, content inventory and analysis, sitemap and taxonomy development, navigation design, user flow creation, wireframe development, and usability improvement activities. The consultant will collaborate with business, communications, and technical teams to improve accessibility, content organization, and overall digital user experience for web-based platforms.

 

The consultant will also support development of interactive prototypes, content governance approaches, and transition planning from static documents to structured web formats. Experience supporting user-centered digital transformation initiatives, web content strategy, and accessibility-focused design efforts is preferred.

MQ1. Experience
Must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in digital consulting, user experience strategy, workflow analysis, information architecture, content strategy, stakeholder engagement, usability analysis, or related information technology consulting services.

 

MQ2. Education
The possession of a bachelor’s degree.
