Position Overview
The Trial Attorney will handle a variety of real estate litigation matters from inception through trial, working closely with senior attorneys while also maintaining independent responsibility over assigned cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of real estate litigation matters
- Conduct all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Prepare and argue motions, including dispositive motions
- Develop case strategies and provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient case management and favorable outcomes
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of 1 years of trial experience (civil litigation preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Salary : $125,000 - $185,000
