- We are seeking reliable and energetic Production Assistants to support a multi-day event. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working behind the scenes to create seamless event experiences.
- Please have an understanding of your schedule before applying. You must be at least available at least Monday and Tuesday
- Sunday, September 13 (Load-In)
- Monday, September 14
- Tuesday, September 15th
Key Responsibilities
- Usher guests to and from event spaces
- Remove and reset chairs during panel transitions
- Assist with floral arrangements and decorative setup
- Support event styling and on-site décor adjustments
- Assist with load-in and load-out as needed
- Provide general event support to ensure smooth operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
- Must be comfortable standing and walking for 6–8 hours
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Previous event or production experience is a plus (not required)
