Looking for qualified Full Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) to join our Clay County Health & Rehabilitation nursing team!
$5000 Sign-On bonus for FT LPN floor nurse
7am-7pm or 7pm-7am shifts minimum 3 shifts per week, must work E/O Saturday and Sunday

Major Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
- Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Supervises Certified Med aides and Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed in accordance to facility standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications for our Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current, unencumbered, active nursing license to practice as an LPN.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
- You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
