What You'll Do
- Deliver hands-on nursing care and support our residents' well-being.
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to implement personalized care plans.
- Supervise and mentor CNAs while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Champion safety initiatives, including Falls and Pressure Sore Prevention Programs.
- Conduct resident assessments and keep accurate, timely medical records.
What We're Looking For
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehab (preferred but not required).
- A detail-oriented, compassionate nurse committed to quality care.
