Your role as a LPN Cart Nurse
As a Full-Time LPN Cart Nurse at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in daily patient care. Each day, you can expect to perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications accurately. You'll collaborate closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. Your schedule will be from 7 a.m.
to 7 p.m., providing you with the opportunity to engage with residents during peak interaction times. Daily responsibilities will include documenting patient progress, addressing concerns with empathy, and educating residents and families about care protocols. You’ll have the chance to foster relationships while actively problem-solving to meet the unique needs of each patient. This role will allow you to grow your clinical skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
