Salary Range:$106,700-$178,000

Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement Manager leads plant-wide initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement strategy and roadmap for the plant.

• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and waste reduction initiatives.

• DriveKPIimprovements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.

• Coach leaders and employees on Lean and problem-solving methodologies.

• Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce operating costs.

• Develop standard work and sustainment processes to ensure long-term results.

• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR teams.

• Monitor project progress and communicate results to leadership.

• ODS update.

• Implement process change supported by Material, launch, OPS,Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.

• 5 years of manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.

• Strong project management, facilitation, and leadership skills.

• Excellent analytical, communication,changemanagement abilities.
