Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise across the artificial intelligence landscape, including traditional machine learning, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and large language models (LLMs). A strong background in Microsoft AI technologies such as Azure AI, AI Search, AI Foundry, AI Foundry SDK, and Prompt Flow is essential. This role involves building intelligent, scalable AI solutions that power business transformation and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using classical ML and modern LLM/GPT architectures.
- Develop intelligent workflows and solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure AI services and tools.
- Implement RAG pipelines using AI Search, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks like Prompt Flow.
- Experiment and iterate with Azure AI Foundry SDK and Microsoft’s prompt engineering tools to fine-tune models and improve outputs.
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and developers to transform business problems into AI-enabled solutions.
- Utilize MLOps practices and tools to support continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge AI advancements and integrate viable solutions into enterprise architectures.
- Ensure AI systems meet performance, security, and ethical guidelines.
- Produce technical documentation, solution diagrams, and training for end-users and development teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in AI/ML development and architecture.
- Strong programming experience in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks.
- Proficient in deploying models via Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Studio, or AI Foundry.
- Experience with generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT-4, OpenAI APIs, fine-tuning LLMs).
- Understanding of retrieval systems, vector embeddings, semantic search, and orchestration tools like Prompt Flow.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure AI stack including AI Search, AI Studio, and AI Foundry SDK.
- Familiarity with data engineering workflows and pipelines on cloud platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
