Members of our Central Operations team provide centralized business support to our Field Operations department. An example of responsibilities may include:
- Vendor management and virtual property management
- Develop strategy for new verticals
- Support the broader Operations division in delivering an exceptional guest & owner experience by elevating our quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and move key metrics including responsiveness, operational costs, overhead costs, and customer satisfaction (CSAT and NPS)
- Work closely with our Product & Engineering teams to leverage technology to improve our core KPIs and outcomes.
- Drive cost savings initiatives across cleaning, maintenance, and other recurring property service providers
