Pay Transparency
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$78,000.00 - $125,350.00
Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.

What We're Looking For
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience in technical project management, B2B integrations, eCommerce, eProcurement, or a related area.
- Experience managing technical integration projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with common customer eProcurement platforms such as Ariba Network, JAGGAER, Hubwoo, Coupa, Oracle Supplier Network, Unimarket, Perfect Commerce, ExpenseWatch, ESM or similar platforms.
Technical Knowledge And Skills
- Solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Strong understanding of B2B integration formats, technologies, and protocols including EDI, cXML, XML, and APIs web services.
- Experience with eProcurement integration processes and technologies, including cXML / OCI PunchOut and AS2.
- Working knowledge of integration best practices and experience supporting SAP or similar ERP environments.
- Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and conference calls with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail while maintaining perspective on broader business objectives.
- Serve as a primary technical liaison between Avantor, customers, and internal teams for B2B integration initiatives.
- Lead customer integration projects from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and project closeout.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, technical capabilities, and integration needs.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve standardized B2B integration procedures and implementation practices.
- Analyze current business processes, systems and integration technologies and recommend opportunities for process or system improvements.
- Lead internal and external project teams by establishing project plans, assigning responsibilities, monitoring deliverables, and managing timelines.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential issues and coordinate appropriate resolution or escalation.
- Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed-upon timelines.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, project teams, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support the development of Avantor's future-state B2B integration strategy, including integrations with external eProcurement and supplier platforms.
- Maintain appropriate project documentation and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
