In this role, you will report to Site Services and will work closely with the Avantor’s Lab and Production Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 3 pm

- Education: High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required
- Experience: 1 years of customer service, inventory replenishment, and/or material handling experience required
- Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills including a professional can-do demeanor.

In This Role You Will
- Point of use replenishment of the PPE (bunny suits) the Technicians wear in the cleanroom.
- Collection and inspection of used garments.
- Document usage data at point of use and add it to the tracking log.
- Receive inbound shipments from common carriers, including reviewing and approving invoices and shipping receipts.
- Responsible for preparing shipping documentation and staging material for pickup.
- Daily inspections of inventory & soil bin checks to avoid overflow.
- Ordering new garments as needed or any special sizes.
- Point person for any garment issues or concerns.
