At our commissary, you will be making our delicious bread, pasta and sauces daily. You will be helping supply our stores with fresh food for our customers to enjoy every day.

What we offer:

• Starting Hourly Rates between $18.00 and $19.00 per hour.
• Benefits include Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-term Disability, and Medical Insurance. Must meet average weekly working hours threshold to qualify for benefits. Must average 20 hours per week for dental, vison and disability. Must average 30 hours per week for Medical. Available after 90 days of employment.

What you will be doing:

• Safely operate a refrigerated truck to deliver temperature-sensitive products to local customers
• Load and unload our delicious bread and sauces among other products at our 4 locations
• Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies and food safety standards
• Among other duties

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have weekend availability.

Pre-employment Requirement:

• Must consent to a background check, Motor Vehicle record (MVR) review and drug screening. .
• Valid CDL Class C license
• Must be able to obtain Illinois Food Handler's license within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Lift, load and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Work with hot and cold food items.

Schedule

• Local Routes - home daily
• Consistent schedule - early morning hours are required

Work Environment

This position involves physical activity, including loading/unloading and exposure to varying temperatures. Drivers must comply with all Illinois Safety Regulations and food handling standards. Also be willing to drive in all weather and road conditions.
