Role Description
This is a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist position located in Miami Lakes in Miami, FL. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, customer complaints, responsible for implementing company and regulatory quality standards for product manufacturing to ensure that these operations are performed in a manner to meet the specifications for identity, purity, strength, and composition of the product and to prevent adulteration and misbranding.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English - Spanish
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
- Experience in Quality Management and conducting Quality Audits
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- Knack for implementation of corrective action programs
- Computer skills, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office
