Avant Garde is seeking to hire a Acquisition Management Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our potential client, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Acquisition Management Division (AMD). The position is fully remote. This is a contingent position pending contract award.
Overview
Provides expert acquisition support to federal program offices, assisting in development, review, and execution of procurement documentation and processes across the acquisition lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support development and review of SOW, PWS, SOO, market research, and acquisition plans.
Assist with pre-solicitation documentation and procurement packages.
Deliver formal and informal training sessions on acquisition processes.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and develop training materials.
Support process improvements and maintain acquisition resource libraries.
Collaborate with program offices and contracting teams.
