Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, and body treatments
- Customize each service to meet client needs and wellness goals
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with TDLR and spa regulations
- Provide excellent guest services by creating a warm, relaxing, and professional experience
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend retail products to support their wellness goals
- Collaborate with the front desk team to manage appointments and ensure a seamless guest experience
- Participate in spa promotions and contribute to social media engagement when needed
- Uphold Avanté's reputation for exceptional client care and luxury spa experiences
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Massage Therapy License required
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform multiple massage modalities and adapt to client preferences
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Passion for health, wellness, and continual personal development
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $75.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 25 – 40 per week
