Avante at Ormond Beach is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to maintain the grounds, facility interior and exterior, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, to ensure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of high school education or equivalency or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
- Must speak and understand English.
- Positive attitude toward the elderly.
Education and Experience:
- Completion of High School
- 2-4 years’ experience in long-term care preferred
