About the Position
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team at Avante at Inverness Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As an OT professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Judges and implements interventions to maintain and enhance the performance of residents in their own environments.
- Monitors residents' response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Communicates effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
