Your Responsibilities
You will oversee and coordinate resident assessments, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your duties will include:
- Assessing residents in need of skilled occupational therapy intervention
- Documenting daily care as per established guidelines
- Providing and directing services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- The ability to assess residents in need of skilled occupational therapy intervention
- The ability to document daily care as per established guidelines
