Resident Concierge CNA
$3000 Sign-on Bonus available for fulltime Resident Concierge CNAs
Pay: $20 - $23 per hour 12 Hour Shifts

The Resident Concierge CNA role has been created in an effort to preserve rural healthcare and to create an environment that builds on our teams' strengths and passion for quality care. This includes a shift to lower staffing ratios to improve the quality and experience of long-term care for both residents and caregivers. The Resident Concierge CNA role will receive a higher compensation package, work with lower staffing ratios, and will receive comprehensive training in all non-licensed direct care duties, including housekeeping and dining services.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
As a Resident Concierge CNA, your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Groton by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, general housekeeping duties, meal service duties, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
