We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to maintain and support company hardware, software, networks, and IT systems. This position is responsible for ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and system tools
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access
- Perform system backups and restoration procedures
- Maintain IT security and data protection
- Assist with system upgrades and migrations
- Provide technical support to users
- Maintain system and troubleshooting documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 3 years of System or Network Administrator experience
- Experience maintaining server racks and network switches
- Proficient with Windows and Linux
- Strong knowledge of system security and data protection
- Experience with Zebra printers, voice picking units, and LPA systems is a plus
