Job Description
Avanta Staffing Solutions is actively hiring hardworking, dependable Industrial General Laborers for a large-scale industrial cleaning project in Blytheville, Arkansas and Osceola, Arkansas.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on position in a heavy industrial environment. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable getting dirty, working long hours, and performing strenuous labor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy-duty industrial cleaning in and around industrial pits.
- Operate pressure washers to remove oil, grease, grime, and industrial buildup.
- Assist with industrial vacuuming and removal of debris and sludge.
- Shovel and remove accumulated industrial waste and materials.
- Work in outdoor and industrial environments, including areas with heavy dirt, oil, and grime.
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Assist with additional general labor duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be physically capable of performing strenuous manual labor for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable working in dirty, wet, and physically demanding conditions.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and around industrial equipment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to completing the assignment.
- Must follow all site safety requirements.
- Previous industrial cleaning, construction, manufacturing, or heavy labor experience is preferred.
Available Shifts
Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
