Primary Responsibilities
- Member Transactions & Service – 80% Deliver compassionate, accurate, and efficient service for deposits, withdrawals, payments, and inquiries—helping members feel supported and valued.
- Processing Night Drop & Mail – 10% Ensure timely and secure handling of member submissions.
- Balancing ATM – 5% Maintain a well-functioning ATM that members can count on.
- Scanning, Coin Handling & Other Tasks – 5% Support daily branch operations with attention to detail.
- Stay informed about credit union products, policies, and regulations so you can exhibit expertise to members with accurate information.
- Follow all security, privacy, and compliance guidelines to protect our members and our team.
- Bring professionalism, positivity, and respect to every interaction—whether with members, coworkers, or vendors.
- Participate in team meetings and required training, contributing to a revolutionary, continuously improving workplace.
- Be punctual, prepared, and dependable—your team and our members count on you.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Up to 12 months of teller or cash-handling experience.
- Basic understanding of banking operations.
- Strong analytical skills to help resolve member concerns with care.
- Ability to use office equipment like computers, phones, and copiers.
- Clear and professional communication skills in person and in writing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a synergistic, team-centered environment.
