Responsibilities- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Help with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Follow care plans and agency policies
- Maintain accurate documentation Qualifications
- Active CNA certification
- Strong communication and caregiving skills

- Ability to work independently
- CPR certification preferred
