Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to patients of varying ages
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each patient
- Provide education and training to family members and staff as needed
Requirements:
- Valid state license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with pediatric or adult populations preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
