The RN will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, performing clinical assessments, administering treatments, and ensuring compliance with care plans and medical orders.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Perform patient assessments and monitor health status
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Skilled Nursing required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
