Job Description & Duties
Join a growing electronics manufacturing company in the Rio Grande Valley specializing in advanced SMT and electronic assembly solutions. We are seeking a motivated Test Technician to support our testing operations on finished circuit board assemblies in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
- Test finished circuit board assemblies using established test equipment and procedures
- Identify, segregate, and document assemblies that pass or require rework
- Record test results accurately and maintain clear, organized production records
- Follow work instructions and test protocols to ensure consistent quality outcomes
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation in support of a safe and efficient production environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- No prior experience required — comprehensive paid on-the-job training provided
- Prefer English or bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must pass criminal background check (no federal offenses; must meet Foreign Trade Zone – FTZ – security requirements)
- Lift up to 25lbs
- Authorized to work in the U.S. required (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency only – no visa sponsorship)
Wages & Benefits
- Pay: $16.00
- Pay frequency: Bi-weekly
