We’re looking for a bilingual (English–Spanish) Facilities Supervisor with hands on experience in industrial facility maintenance.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pharr, TX, for a Facilities Supervisor. The Facilities Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and management of the facility, including maintenance, safety compliance, and staff supervision. Responsibilities include ensuring the proper functionality of equipment, managing facility upkeep, coordinating repairs, inspecting the premises, and scheduling maintenance. The Facilities Supervisor will also lead a team, manage resources efficiently, and communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency of all machinery and systems.
- Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations to coordinate and maintain the physical infrastructure and address operational needs.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving capabilities and experience with implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Ability to work on-site and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or certification in facility management or a related field is preferred.
