What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unit Manager position at Avant Rehabilitation and Care Center?
We are looking for a highly motivated Unit Manager with atleast 1-year of experience in a sub-acute setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Requirements:
- Must have strong management skills
- Must have prior nurse management experience
- Must have RN/LPN license
- Must have Long Term Care experience
