Avant-Guarde Healthcare provides consulting services to Skilled Nursing Facilities in Missouri and Arizona to assist clients in improving quality operations. We are currently searching for a seasoned Licensed Nurse, RN or LPN, to join our team.

Our facility, Mountain View Manor, is located in Prescott, AZ and is a 118 licensed bed skilled nursing home. We are currently growing and searching for Team Oriented candidates to join us under the leadership of our new Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatment plans
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
