Qualifications
- 10 years of experience programming complex parts with CAM software.
- Strong CNC machining background; manual mill/lathe skills a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools confidently.
- Excellent understanding of best machining practices, safety standards, and tooling optimization.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to quality work.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in machining & programming with MasterCAM software.
- Leadership or mentoring experience within a production environment.
