RNS EXPERIENCED IN CRITICAL CARE ARE NEEDED FOR UNIQUE CRITICAL CARE FLOAT POSITION AT SAINT FRANCIS HOSPITAL MUSKOGEE. MINIMUM 2 years CURRENT EPIC EMR and ICU experience REQUIRED with skills that include : Swan Ganz lines art lines CRRT Cont. EEG s TNkase and Covid care. CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED : BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS. MUST have advanced dysrhythmia interpretation skills. CURRENT or PREVIOUS PCU and Med / Surg experience highly desirable. POSITION : RN is based in a 24bed mixed ICU caring for Cardiac Neuro and Medical / Surgical patients. This position will float to a 20bed PCU and various Med / Surg units as staffing requires. Pt : nurse ratios will vary between the different unit acuities with patient mix : ICU 1 : 2 or 1 : 3 PCU 1 : 3 or 1 : 4 and Med / Surg 1 : 5 or 1 : 6. Pt : nurse ratios are subject to unit and changing patient care needs. Safety Sensitive position
- Must pass medication and assigned dysrhythmia lessons / tests in initial orientation. REQUIRED EMR experience : MUST HAVE CURRENT PROFICIENCY in EPIC platform Clin Doc and successfully complete a test out of Epic on first day to continue in the assignment. PROFILE MUST INCLUDE SFHS COVER SHEET OR PROFILE WILL BE DECLINED. Permanent address must be at least 100 miles from facility by most direct route.
