- $21.00-$30.00
Key Responsibilities
- Support supply chain initiatives related to the sourcing of turbine spare parts
- Assist with negotiating business terms and tracking supplier agreements
- Help manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply
- Support efforts to improve the Parts Catalogue, including data cleanup and accuracy checks
- Build and update parts lists (NIRs – Non-Inventory Requests) in partnership with the team
- Provide administrative and analytical support for tenders and sourcing events to help run the business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support operational needs
- Perform data analysis, tracking, and reporting related to parts and supplier performance
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
- Strong interest in supply chain operations, procurement, or business analytics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems or parts databases is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with technical and parts-related data
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Real-world experience in supply chain and vendor management
- Exposure to industrial operations and turbine technology
- Hands-on involvement in catalog management, sourcing, and tender processes
- Professional development and mentorship from experienced supply chain professionals
