Overview
We are hiring an experienced HVAC technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with mechanical knowledge and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. Some weekends required.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Design and plumb new installations based on project requirements.
- Provide field service support to clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Knowledge of all types of system (electric, gas, packaged units)
Experience
- Five years experience in HVAC/R is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work effectively in various environments, including residential homes and light commercial buildings.
- Experience in ductwork installation.
