Job Summary
Avanciers is seeking an HR Generalist/HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will assist with a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in growing into a long-term HR career.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners with daily HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for manufacturing/production employees, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
- Maintain time and attendance records while coordinating with payroll and HR shared services.
- Respond to employee HR-related questions and assist with policy interpretation and implementation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR events.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies, employment laws, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and workforce needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting HR administration in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

- Understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance.
