Key Requirements:
- 2 years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting users via phone, chat, email, or ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for PC/mobile hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with Windows environments, operating systems, LAN, and support tools
- Ability to manage multiple user requests and resolve escalations effectively
- Experience in enterprise support environments preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide omni-channel technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot desktop, mobile, software, and access-related issues
- Resolve Level 1 escalations and deliver high-quality customer support
- Document tickets clearly and maintain issue resolution updates
- Support deployments, rollouts, and technology implementations remotely or through centralized support teams
