- Strong expertise in Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, and GECX/GenCX Playbooks for designing enterprise conversational AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, prompt engineering, and Generative AI application development on Google Cloud.
- Proficient in Conversational AI architecture, chatbot design, intent management, and virtual agent implementation.
- Strong Python development skills with experience in REST APIs, backend integrations, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience deploying scalable, cloud-native AI applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
