About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Failure Analysis Engineer to support new product introduction (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing. In this role, you will investigate hardware failures, identify root causes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, yield, and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and debug failed hardware units from manufacturing
- Perform root cause analysis and identify failure patterns
- Troubleshoot at board and system level to isolate issues
- Work with lab tools such as oscilloscope, DMM, JTAG, and logic analyzer
- Execute debug experiments and validate fixes
- Collaborate with design, test, and manufacturing teams
- Support NPI builds and production environments
- Track issues, document findings, and drive resolution
Required Skills
- 3 years of experience in hardware debugging, failure analysis, or test engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of hardware systems, SoC/GPU, or semiconductor devices
- Hands-on experience with lab tools (scope, DMM, logic analyzer, JTAG)
- Experience working in Linux environment
- Scripting knowledge (Python preferred)

- Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environment
- Exposure to NPI or high-volume production
