Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM). The role involves leading and supporting end-to-end D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations, optimizing business processes, and ensuring successful solution delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, hands-on experience, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of D365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and D365 configurations.
- Design and optimize supply chain processes across procurement, inventory, logistics, and production.
- Provide functional support throughout testing, deployment, and post-implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations for end users.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and effective stakeholder communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 years of overall experience in D365 Finance & Supply Chain.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on functional experience in D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Delivered at least 4 full life-cycle implementations of D365 SCM.
- Strong understanding of SCM modules such as procurement, inventory, sales, distribution, and production control.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
