Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for individuals served, including files, documents, and electronic records
Utilize clear methods and naming conventions to ensure efficient and systematic organization of person-served files
Regularly update individual information to ensure accuracy and relevance, including medical, and personal records
Store person-served files in an organized and easy-to-navigate manner, maintaining confidentiality of all documents
Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of administrative functions
