Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple departments.
- Improve workflows, systems, and processes.
- Coordinate with sales, product development, sourcing, logistics, customer service, and finance.
- Track projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.
- Resolve operational issues quickly.
- Develop SOPs.
- Develop SOPs.
- Monitor inventory flow, vendor performance, and supply chain activities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Natural problem solver with exceptional resourcefulness.
- Takes initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
- Positive, 'find a way' mindset.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of operations or supply chain management experience.
- Apparel, fashion, consumer products, or retail experience preferred.
- Proven record of improving operational efficiency.
