Behavioral Specialt Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements
♥ Assist individuals with personal care needs – all ADL’s
♥ Assisting with all household task, meal preparation cooking and cleaning; maintain a safe and healthy home environment that encourage learning.
♥ Monitor individuals and engage in redirection.
♥ Document individual’s activities, concerns and progress notes as required.
♥ Participate in and out-of-home activities which may include driving company vehicles.
♥ Provide an Abuse and Neglect free environment at all times.

Behavioral Specialt Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements
- DSP certified or the ability to become certified through our paid training
- At least 22 years of age
- Transportation to your shifts
- Lift 50 lbs
- Pass a criminal background check
- Minimum 4 years' experience with Behavioral health
- Ability to work and communicate with behavioral issues in a calm and professional manner.
