We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior TIBCO Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in TIBCO suite, with a proven ability to not just resolve issues, but to analyze root causes and deliver robust, long-term solutions. You will play a critical role in maintaining the health of our integration landscape and driving its future evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, Development & Support: Develop, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable integration solutions using the TIBCO product suite (e.g., BusinessWorks, EMS, Hawk, Adapters).
Advanced Issue Resolution: Perform in-depth analysis of complex production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective and timely fixes to ensure system stability and performance.
Proactive Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug integration processes, messaging flows, and system interfaces.
Solution Mindset: Move beyond just identifying problems to designing and proposing elegant, sustainable, and cost-effective technical solutions that align with business goals and IT strategy.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
Clearly articulate technical challenges, solutions, and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for designs, procedures, and solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience as a TIBCO developer with strong proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Hawk.
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to dissect complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
