Role: Major Incident Manager
Location: Iselin, NJ - Onsite (Full Time - Permanent Role)
Strong experience in Major Incident Management with expertise in ITIL processes and triaging using tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, and Splunk.
Handle and coordinate IT/cyber incidents to ensure quick resolution and minimal impact.
Responsibilities:
Manage incident lifecycle (identify → resolve → close)
Coordinate with SOC, IT, and business teams
Communicate updates to stakeholders
Conduct RCA and improve processes
Requirements:
5 years in Major incident management/IT/cybersecurity
Experience with ServiceNow, Splunk
Knowledge of NIST or ITIL frameworks
Preferred:
Certifications like ITIL, CISSP
