Lead Solution Architect ? MDM

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect MDM to provide technical leadership in designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade architectures. This role will drive end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business objectives, and modern technology standards.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), cloud technologies, and enterprise integration, along with the ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, integrated systems, platforms, and frameworks aligned with enterprise IT strategy

• Define and oversee end-to-end solution architecture, including application components, integrations, and performance optimization

• Develop and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices across systems

• Evaluate business challenges and translate them into scalable architectural solutions

• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams (developers, architects, product managers, business analysts)

• Drive adoption of modern architecture practices including microservices, APIs, and cloud-native design

• Conduct technology evaluations, recommend tools/platforms, and guide implementation of next-gen solutions

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and security standards

• Lead architecture reviews, solution validations, and performance optimization initiatives

• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architectural decisions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business, technical, and operational requirements

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• (OR) 10 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of degree

Experience

• 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture / IT Architecture

• Proven expertise in designing large-scale enterprise systems (hardware & software)

• Strong experience in cloud computing, networking, and security architecture

• Hands-on experience with modern architecture frameworks and best practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in Master Data Management (MDM)

  • Party MDM

  • Product MDM

• Experience in:

  • Data Quality Management (DQaaS, DQ APIs, DQ Dashboards)

  • Cloud-native application development

• Experience leading full technology lifecycle initiatives:

  • Evaluation

  • Selection

  • Implementation

  • Support & modernization

• Ability to evaluate alternative architectures (cost, risk, feasibility, scalability)

• Experience building proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes
